Hard Money Lender Match is a referral marketplace for business-purpose loans on investment property. We’re not a lender or broker; lenders make all credit decisions and set final terms. Comparisons are estimates from lenders’ pricing, not offers to lend. Borrowers use the service free.
The service
We show anonymized lender terms based on each lender’s own published criteria, send your deal to lenders you pick, one at a time, and introduce you when a lender confirms. The service is only for business-purpose loans on 1–4 unit investment property. Don’t use it to finance a home you or your family will live in.
No offer or advice
Terms shown are estimates based on the information you enter and the lender’s current pricing. They aren’t loan offers or commitments. Final terms come from the lender after underwriting, appraisal and title. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice.
Your information
Give accurate information. Lenders rely on it, and changes can change your terms. You’re responsible for keeping your password secure.
Lenders
Lenders using the service agree to our Lender Referral Agreement, which governs fees and conduct between us and them.
Limitation of liability
We aren’t a party to any loan and aren’t responsible for a lender’s decisions or performance. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to $100.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Texas law governs these terms.
